The Property

Some beach houses have a sea view. This one has the sea itself. Upstairs, the living room opens onto a wall of glass where the ocean fills the frame from end to end, under a high wooden ceiling, with the sound of the waves coming in with it. Downstairs, the wooden deck holds a hot tub and a barbecue facing the water, sheltered from the wind by a glass screen that takes nothing away from the view. Four en-suite bedrooms let the whole family spread out without sharing a bathroom, the kitchen is a real one for anyone who likes to cook at the beach, and the closed garage means you park once and forget the car. The sand starts at the door, with no street in between.
