Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, browsing or using the ASA STAYS website, as well as making reservations through it, the user declares that they have read, understood and fully agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the website and services.

Reservations

To confirm a reservation, proof of payment and the following information are required:

  • Full name
  • Date of birth
  • ID or passport number
  • CPF (for Brazilian guests)
  • Full address
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Check-in and check-out time
  • Names of accompanying guests

Mandatory Document Submission

All guest documents must be submitted prior to check-in. This requirement follows security and condominium rules. Failure to provide documents prevents check-in and may result in cancellation without refund.

Payment Methods and Security Deposit

Reservation confirmation: A 50% advance payment is usually required, subject to property and season conditions.

Payment methods: Credit card, bank transfer, boleto, Paypal and cash.

Security deposit: May be required depending on the property and will be informed during booking.

Pricing and Rate Variations

Displayed prices are starting from values and may vary depending on selected dates, number of guests, holidays, events or property policies. Final pricing is shown before confirmation.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in: From 3:00 PM.

Check-out: Between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM depending on the property.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation: No refunds in case of cancellation.

Date changes: Allowed with at least 30 days’ notice, subject to approval.

ASA STAYS processes personal data in compliance with Brazilian Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law 13.709/2018), following principles of purpose, necessity and security.
