• Dear guest, we are very happy to host you. The apartment was prepared with care for your stay. As this is a space shared with other guests, please treat it as your own and avoid spilling drinks on upholstery and delicate surfaces. Early check-in and late checkout: please respect the times stated in the listing. We can accommodate early check-in or late checkout requests for an extra fee whenever possible and subject to our cleaning schedule. Let us know in advance to improve the chances. Smoking inside the apartment is strictly forbidden. Pets are not allowed. Visitors are allowed only with prior authorisation. If a fine is applied to the apartment, the stay may be interrupted immediately and the amount will be passed on to the guests as soon as we are notified. Parties or events that disturb the other residents are not allowed. If any item is broken, such as glasses, wine glasses or plates, please tell us immediately. The item will be charged by Pix.

• Documents for every guest are required before the accommodation is released. After the booking is confirmed we will contact you by message asking for the information needed to complete the virtual check-in

• The property may be subject to occasional outside noise from neighbours, construction work during legal hours, traffic or normal activity in the area.

• The property may show minor cosmetic differences and normal signs of wear compared to the photos, such as changes to decorative items, furniture layout, linen colours, marks of use on furniture and paint, or equipment replaced by equivalent models. The layout, the capacity, the cleanliness and every advertised item are always kept.

• Electricity, water, gas, internet and TV signal depend on utility companies and providers. Occasional interruptions outside our control may happen and will be followed by our team until service is restored.

• Any problem must be reported immediately through the chat of the platform where the booking was made, as soon as it is noticed. ASA STAYS has its own team in the city and commits to providing a solution or an alternative on the same day. Requests made without contacting us first prevent us from solving the issue and will be handled case by case.

• The property is delivered clean and checked against a checklist with photographic records before every arrival. Please report any discrepancy found on arrival on the same day, so we can register and fix it immediately.
