• Documents for every guest are required before the accommodation is released. After the booking is confirmed we will contact you by message asking for the information needed to complete the virtual check-in.

• As this is a rural property, there are large outdoor areas, service areas and animals on site. During the stay, staff may be around carrying out maintenance, animal care, gardening, outdoor cleaning and other operational services needed to keep the place running.

• Day-use visitors are allowed for a fee of R$ 100.00 per person per day, as long as they do not stay overnight. This fee is charged after the booking through an additional payment request.

• These activities are carried out with full respect for the guests' privacy and without interfering with the indoor areas reserved for their exclusive use. For groups larger than 13 people, we do not provide beds or bed linen for the additional guests beyond 13.

• Guests who were not declared in the booking may lead to an additional charge, cancellation of the stay or interruption of the event, according to the property rules.

• The property may show minor cosmetic differences and normal signs of wear compared to the photos, such as changes to decorative items, furniture layout, linen colours, marks of use on furniture and paint, or equipment replaced by equivalent models. The layout, the capacity, the cleanliness and every advertised item are always kept.

• Electricity, water, gas, internet and TV signal depend on utility companies and providers. Occasional interruptions outside our control may happen and will be followed by our team until service is restored.

• Any problem must be reported immediately through the chat of the platform where the booking was made, as soon as it is noticed. ASA STAYS has its own team in the city and commits to providing a solution or an alternative on the same day. Requests made without contacting us first prevent us from solving the issue and will be handled case by case.

• The property is delivered clean and checked against a checklist with photographic records before every arrival. Please report any discrepancy found on arrival on the same day, so we can register and fix it immediately.
